The new clubhouse, on the site of the former building, has been designed as a single storey low, linear building to minimise impact on the site.
High quality, low maintenance materials are proposed comprising of crisp white acrylic render in contrast to the dark blue brick base course with high level zinc cladding and a standing seam zinc roof.
A covered link canopy connects the Pro Shop to the clubhouse and also offers shelter for golfers waiting to tee off.
The principal social areas of lounge, dining room and spike bar overlook the golf course and take advantage of the views. Full height glazing in the lounge and spike bar open out onto an external patio area.
